COVID-19 Updates & Response

Our top priority is the safety of our guests and employees. See what we're doing in response to COVID-19.

Health & Safety

After each room has been vacated, our staff sprays down all surfaces with sanitizers and lets them remain vacant for about 24 hrs or more when able. Then we have our skilled housekeeping staff re-enter the rooms and clean them with updated cleaning products recommended by Best Western and the CDC.

We've put in place a number of new policies to help our guests physically distance, including:

  • Limited occupancy
  • Marked indicators for lines
  • Mask policy in public areas
  • Regular disinfection of public touch-points
  • Staff social distancing protocols

Travel Updates in Our Area

The stay-at-home order is effective for Hotels statewide on December 5, 2020, at 1:00 PM.

The California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) regional "stay -at - home" order prohibits Hotels from allowing out of state guests to stay for leisure or individual travel unless the reservation is for at least the length of the quarantine period and the guest(s) quarantines at the Hotel. The length of the quarantine period is not specifically defined.

Hotel guests have access to Pharmacies, Grocery Stores, Fast Food, Take-out Restaurants and a Hospital all within a 5 mile radius.
